Pleasure Requires

Heart & Soul

So many women unnecessarily experience discomfort, feel ashamed, live in pain, and reject intimacy. They don’t understand how to navigate the changes in their bodies, and they haven’t healed the emotional wounds blocking their path. To flourish in my sensual life I had to find support that was science based, culturally relevant, acknowledged my heritage, AND nurtured my soul and intuition.

Sadly, most doctors aren’t trained to address sexual and hormonal concerns, and those who are rarely have the time to truly help you.

Many religious communities and spiritual leaders ignore, shame, or exclude this conversation, often adding hypocrisy and corruption to the mix.

Whether we like to admit it or not, our culture is still grappling with bias, contempt, and prejudice against women. Outdated views on women’s roles and ridiculous beauty standards make it even harder to find the right support for our sexual lives.

How I Got Here

I’m Dr. Janet Williams. And I’ve Been There, Too.After a painful fertility journey that left wounds in my self-worth I struggled with my sexual health. Drowning alone in silence, I wrestled with changes in my body, hormone problems, intimate pain, fear about aging and loss of libido.

I wanted to revive passion in my life and live with love and connection.

As an Ob/Gyn with over 20 years in clinical practice I understood the physical and hormonal changes in my body and how to address them. But, I didn’t realize that pushing through at work, internalizing micro-aggressions and putting other people’s needs and beliefs before my own was blocking my sensual freedom.

I’d been so focused on family and career that I’d lost a sense of myself and the soulful sensual being that lives inside all of us. I wanted to find myself again but wasn’t sure how to do that. I decided enough was enough and set out on a path of restoration.

Healing Begins Here

It’s not your fault. The medical field hasn’t done enough research to fully support women with hormonal changes, menopause, and sexual health.

Emotional wounds, hormonal shifts, and unmet needs can leave you feeling stuck, triggered, and disconnected from your sensuality.

Our society often looks down on women who are bold and embrace their sexuality. This has disconnected us from our divine sensuality. That’s why you might feel uncomfortable and like an outsider in your own body.

These feelings can be intensified by health challenges, grief, perimenopause and menopause, breakups, separation, or divorce. Don’t let anything or anyone rob you of the sensual life you deserve.

Unless you take action, these physical and emotional blocks will keep affecting your sex life and your ability to experience true pleasure. You can overcome these sensual roadblocks just like I did. It's time to heal, revive your sensual joy, and feel at home in your own skin.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have a hard time talking about sex and intimacy. I get all nervous and clammed up. Will this work for me?

Yes! This is one of the main reasons I do one on one work with every client.  I want to help women in a meaningful way and with this program we meet in a safe non judgmental space. We are able to take dedicated time just for you.  Where you feel safe, comfortable and will get the support you deserve. So yes, absolutely well this is for you.

I don't have any experience with sex and I don't know where to start… will this work for me?

I work with women of all ages and experience levels, helping them transform their intimate lives in ways that feel right for them. I’ve supported women over 40 who’ve never had intercourse, those who’ve gone long periods without it, and those with plenty of experience who needed guidance in specific areas. This is for anyone seeking to enhance their sexual well-being and function.

I'm a private person and I don't want my business in the community...How do you protect my privacy?

You have full control over how involved you want to be in the community. Our private sessions are completely confidential—rest assured, your personal information will never be shared. As you'll see in the videos and testimonials, I use initials or abbreviations for names and often adjust details to ensure privacy. Additionally, community guidelines are in place to protect your confidentiality and maintain a safe, private space for everyone.

What exactly is hypnosis and how does it work?

Hypnosis works by guiding you into a state of focused awareness that bypasses the critical, analytical part of your mind—the part constantly running through to-do lists. This allows you to achieve deeper, more effective results. It’s a natural state, similar to daydreaming. All clients of the Confident Pleasure Course and Coaching and Hypnosis Programs have access to the Empowered Hypnosis Primer bonus, which will provide more clarity on how hypnosis works and ensure you’re fully prepared for your personalized hypnosis sessions as well as integrating the hypnosis audios successfully.

I’ve heard hypnosis is a form of mind control. Is that true?

This is a common myth—hypnosis is not mind control or some kind of spell. In fact, it’s a fully consensual process that requires your active participation with the hypnotist. You are always conscious during hypnosis, not unconscious, and fully aware of what’s happening. In this course, the hypnosis integration audios are tools you control—you decide when to play them and listen. So, rest assured, there’s no mind control involved.

Question: Is hypnosis safe?

Absolutely! Hypnosis is a safe practice and has been recognized by the American Medical Association since 1958. It has a long history of use by medical professionals for various purposes, including anesthesia, behavioral change, and managing psychosomatic conditions. Its safety and effectiveness have been well-established over the years.

I’ve heard that not everyone can be hypnotized. Will hypnosis work for me?

Actually, most people with normal intelligence can be hypnotized. If you’re willing and able to follow instructions, you can experience powerful, positive transformations. The only exceptions are individuals with certain brain injuries, brain diseases, or significantly below-average intelligence. As long as you’re open and engaged, hypnosis can be an effective tool for change.

I’m not sure my partner will support this. How do your clients handle this with their spouses?

In my experience, 100% of the clients I’ve worked with one-on-one have had their partners fully support their enrollment in the program. Many also report that their sex lives improve significantly afterward. When you work on yourself and your own sexuality, it often enhances your relationship, and your partner benefits from the positive changes as well.

Do you work with couples?

I don’t offer couples counseling or work directly with couples, but all clients in the Confident Pleasure Course, Coaching, and Hypnosis program have access to the “Sex Compatibility Reboot Course,” which is perfect for couples to explore together. The core course is incredibly valuable for enhancing relationships because improving your own libido, confidence, and pleasure naturally strengthens intimacy. You’re welcome to share what you learn with your partner, and many clients have found this deepens their connection and brings them closer.

Is this covered by insurance, and can you prescribe medication?

No, it is not covered by insurance. This program does not establish a doctor-patient relationship, even though I am a doctor. Unlike typical doctor visits, this is a transformational course that combines personalized hypnosis and coaching and hypnosis audios to help you understand key aspects of your sexual health and apply that knowledge to elevate your pleasure and confidence. If you have questions about a diagnosis, I can provide insights to help you better understand and take ownership of your health. In some cases, I can also guide you on how to discuss your concerns with your medical doctor. This program offers in-depth support you won’t typically find in a standard doctor’s appointment, providing the time and personalized attention that many traditional visits simply can’t offer.

Are there refunds or guarantees?

There are no refunds or guarantees. When you enroll you are granted access to our proprietary course, you have access to the course, membership, meditation audios, affirmation audios, hypnosis integration audios, private community and programming for a year. You are provided with immediate access to the course upon purchase. Results come from client data, but as noted in our Terms and Conditions, many factors may apply and so we cannot make guarantees and will not offer any refunds. I’m single will this work for me?
